    With over 17 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and 8+ years serving as your chairperson, I have given this union everything I have.

    I have shown up before the clock started and long after it ended. I have sat across from management and refused to budge when your rights were on the line.

    I have knocked on doors, answered calls, and fought battles that never made newsletters or social posts — because that is what servant leadership looks like. And I am just getting started.
